Mission Closet
In addition to the Food Pantry, another resource our church has for the benefit of both our church family and the community, is our Mission Closet. The Mission Closet has clean, good, used clothing available for free to anyone who can use it. Things like sheets, blankets and small household items are available as well. Stan and Jennifer Koehler, Mission Closet Directors, would be happy to tell you more about this ministry and ways you could volunteer.
The "Beauty Basket" is an idea Jennifer came up with to encourage the ladies who come to the Mission Closet. Ladies can choose 1 or 2 âbeautyâ type items from the basket when they visit our store. If you have fancy lotions, perfumes or make-up, that are new or like new, that arenât your style or preference and you would like to donate these items to the Mission Closet, Jennifer will do the rest! You can bring these items to the front office and place them in the box marked, âBeauty Basketâ. Other basic needs we currently have are: Towels, Maternity Clothes, Blankets, Small Toys, Menâs Shoes, Menâs Pants size 32 & 34 waist, Girls Summer Dresses.

Both the Food Pantry and the Mission Closet are open on Thursdays from 10am to 1pm. The Mission Closet is behind the main church building and can be accessed from Pipe Creek Road.
